Lab settings
Enter the IP address shown when the server starts. All stations on the same WiFi network should use the same URL. Records are also always saved locally as backup.
Electric chamber — PID setpoint reference
Recommended: single fixed setpoint — 250°C.
The chamber holds 250°C. The probe hot side stabilises at 240–245°C — within the TEG optimal endurance range.
Any single-setpoint PID works (REX-C100 ~$8, Inkbird ITC-100 ~$12).
Do not exceed 250°C chamber setpoint — TEG manufacturer rated max is 250°C hot side.

Note: t=35 min is when 228°C / 52°C was first confirmed in field testing — not the session end.
Temperatures continue rising beyond this point. The PASS window is: hot ≥ 228°C AND ≤ 250°C (TEG max), cold ≤ 50°C.
Any reading above 250°C hot side is flagged as an OVER-LIMIT warning on the certificate.
